Meet Our CEO
Pablo Maida, CPA
Pablo founded HOA Books, LLC with a mission to bring transparency and integrity to community association financial management. After starting his career at Centex Homes, Pablo gained valuable insight into the financial challenges faced by homeowners and condo associations.
His experience in both business and homeowner accounting highlighted the need to separate property management from financial oversight, as he witnessed how conflicts of interest and a lack of transparency could harm associations. This motivated him to establish HOA Books, LLC as a trusted, independent provider of HOA accounting services.
With a focus on reducing financial mismanagement and enhancing transparency, Pablo and his team are dedicated to ensuring long-term financial stability for every community they serve.
